At Docklands Pharmacy, we operate a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition that you received it, unused and unopened. The product must also be in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or email proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can send us an email at email@example.com. We may ask for picture proof during our process. If we validate your return, we will instruct you via email how to return the package to us. Please do not send items back without contacting us first as it will not be accepted.
Alternatively, you can bring your product to our retail store located below for exchange.

If you return your purchase after 28 days (exception of damaged or faulty goods) we reserve the right to not offer you a refund in full. We also may return the purchase back to you. You will also be charged a delivery fee.
Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or damaged goods.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like prescribed medicine, perishable goods (such as foods), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), free goods and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of any damaged goods as we may require proof of damage during the refund process.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds (Delivery Charges)
Provided you have notified us in writing that you wish to cancel your order under the Consumer Contract Regulations, and the return also meets the terms of our Returns Policy, you will be entitled to a full refund including delivery charges if applicable.
We are unable to provide a refund of the delivery charges when only part of your order is being cancelled.
Refunds (Promotional Discounts)
If you used a promotional discount when paying for your order, the discount is applied to each item in the basket. In the event of a return, you will not be refunded the discounted amount.
